Changing personal details

The easiest way to update your personal details is by logging in securely to EAPF Online.

EAPF Online is our secure online portal where you'll have access to your personal information so you can update your address and contact details at a time that suits you.

There’s also a Retirement Illustrator, which lets you model your pension benefits at different retirement ages to something other than your Normal Pension Age (NPA). You can also access all your annual pension statements online, make a nomination and check your family benefits.

If you’re not already registered, simply go to EAPF Online with your National Insurance number and click on 'Register'.
